President and Principal Consultant of Gray Matter Growth, Logan Joyce was born to equip leaders. Running a non-profit mentoring network for high-caliber young people in the Twin Cities, Logan continually faced the reality that the talented individuals in his program owed the bulk of their personal success, health and growth – or lack thereof – in their early years to relationships with managers and leaders at work.
The realization of the chasm that exists between talent development and organizational growth in most organizations led Logan to work with the Fuller Institute in Global Leadership and the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School, ultimately culminating in the InsideOut LeaderTM curriculum that uniquely leverages psychological tools alongside organizational growth frameworks.
Logan’s consulting work takes him all over the world, equipping executives and managers in every industry to engage the best in their teams, accent the best in their team functionality and achieve the best for their organizations. Logan was recently named Minneapolis-St. Paul’s Rising Star from Finance & Commerce for his work in Fortune 500 companies across the Twin Cities building sustained employee engagement, high talent retention and high client benchmarking.
Logan lives in the Twin Cities with his wife Caitlin, children Maggie and Ozzy, and goldendoodle Gatsby Fitzgerald. He and his wife actively support a number of global and local NGO’s, equipping leaders to live their greatest lives of impact.
